:faint: Sorry for the lateness...I've had a lot to do..and it's been raining non-stop all day today :cry: on my birthday no less :crying:....yeah I know...how crappy this is....

.....basically...the newest chapter further backs up my theory that the 4th Hokage was REALLY training to be a Pokemon Master!!
